    Beautiful light cream (off-white) Informal linen Napkin produced for the Deutsche Reichsbahn Sonderzugs.

    An extremely rare Deutsche Reichsbahn, Third Reich cloth item, an informal napkin.  DR formal napkins have a dimension of approximately 34cm x 34cm and the informal version is substantially larger and produced from lighter and more standard linen cloth.
    The napkin has a lovely smooth feel and displays a wonderful sheen effect with two-tone stitching. A quite stunning Eagle and Swastika Deutsche Reichsbahn Motif is machine stitched to the center of the napkin and can be seen in reverse to the backside. The napkin carries a designation mark for Hermann Göring`s First Dining Wagon 10 ‘241’ this is in the form of a stitched number “241” to the lower-left corner.

    A fabulous Adolf Hitler Formal napkin used for the most formal of occasions when Hitler held VIP dinners and parties, most especially at his mountain retreat in Obersalzberg, The Berghof.
    The absolutely beautiful off-white coloured linen napkin has a lovely silky feel and displays a wonderful sheen effect which is brought to prominence by the interwoven patterns. The beautiful flowing ribbon and floral design cover the entire napkin, the ribbon travels around all sides set in from the edge by about 8cm, two flowers & foliage intersect the ribbon on each edge then four flowers are off-set inside the outer pattern, the design can be seen on the napkin reverse. A large stitched Fuehrer Adler (the Leader’s Eagle) clutching a wreathed Swastika which is flanked by Hitler’s initials ‘A’ & ‘H’  is situated inside the ribbon pattern to the lower right side (or left side depending on which way it is being held!).

    The design for the AH Formal (especially the Fuehrer Adler) tableware/silverware is attributed to Adolf Hitler himself adding yet another level of desirable collectability to these pieces!

    Informal Linen Tablecloth from Hermann Göring’s Family Wagon 10 ‘205’

    A quite superb and exceedingly rare Linen tablecloth produced for the Deutsche Reichsbahn Sonderzugs.
    This one carries designation marks for Hermann Göring’s Sonderzug ‘Asien’, and in particular carriage number ‘205’, Hermann Göring’s family car, which was for use by his wife Emmy, and daughter Edda when they joined him for a trip.
    The off-white cloth is rectangular in shape and is accentuated by two inner borders with a silky finish, which gives a slightly shimmering effect to what is otherwise a plain bland tablecloth. A quite stunning Eagle and Swastika straddled with the letters, ‘D’ & ‘R’, Deutsche Reichsbahn Motif is machine stitched to the center of the cloth and can be seen in reverse to the backside. The tablecloth carries a designation mark for Hermann Göring`s family Wagon 10 ‘205’ this is in the form of a stitched number “205” to the lower-left corner.
