NSDAP Formal Silverware Milk Jug by Wellner
A fabulous little silver plated Milk Jug by famous German silversmith Wellner. Used at formal gatherings and party meetings of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei). It is a lovely design, of the same style as several other NSDAP formal silver pieces we currently have listed. It displays an engraved NSDAP Eagle & wreathed swastika centered to the upper front. To the base is found the maker mark ‘Wellner’, followed by 35cl, which means it will hold 350 mills, and then a small circle with the number ’14’, which indicates the silver content. A very rare, early, NSDAP formal silver tableware piece.
Condition:
The Jug is in near mint condition, it does display some minor surface marks and a tiny score, otherwise absolutley beautiful, a beautiful display piece. Super rare piece making for excellent investment potential.
